Yvonne and I worked together at Beanstalk, where she was the National Safeguarding Officer and I was the Trusts and Statutory Fundraising Manager. Yvonne’s extensive knowledge and in depth understanding of safeguarding, child protection and evaluation was vital in aiding the applications, assessments, audits and reporting requirements for many funding partners. She was always approachable, helpful and understood the often complex requirements made by funding partners.

From the very first phone call to enquire about services, Yvonne was professional, clearly knowledgeable on her subject and very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to ensure specific school needs were met.
The whole process from making arrangements to delivery of the course and post course when certificates and follow up materials were provided, was easy and feedback from participants has been very positive.
