Live online events
Description
As an early year safeguarding lead, your role is vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care. The recent mandatory updates to the DfE Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) safeguarding reforms have introduced significant changes aimed at enhancing child safety and aligning practices with current best standards across all early year’s settings.
These statutory changes will be implemented from 1st September 2025 for all schools, group-based early years providers and childminder.
This trainer-led CPD session will guide you through the key safeguarding changes within the guidance, allowing for crucial interaction and discussion. It will equip you with the latest knowledge and skills to effectively support you to implement these mandatory reforms in your setting.
Following the session, attendees will receive a Participation Certificate and links to useful guidance and support.
