CPD Session 3: Roundup of the latest statutory updates 25/26
As we approach the end of the current academic year, our focus shifts to upcoming safeguarding changes that we need to be aware of to ensure our arrangements remain compliant. It's crucial that staff are informed about and understand any changes to practices.
As a DSL, you play a pivotal role in creating a secure environment that ensures the safety and promotes the welfare of children, allowing them to feel safe and thrive.
Our CPD session offers essential updates for DSLs, senior leaders, trustees, and governors, keeping them informed about the latest legal requirements and best practices. This includes updates on Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025, Early Years Safeguarding Reforms 2025, and the Early Years Statutory Framework 2024, among others.
The session will provide vital knowledge on new statutory requirements and guidelines that impact safeguarding policies and procedures. Helping DSLs stay current and effectively implement changes within their settings, ensuring compliance and enhancing the protection of children.
