Content
This focussed CPD session supports safeguarding professionals to deepen their understanding and confident implementation of low-level concern policy within their educational setting.
The training explores how early identification of inappropriate adult behaviour, which does not meet the harm threshold, and transparent recording of low-level concerns contribute to a robust safeguarding culture where risks are addressed before they escalate.
The session will examine the purpose and practical application of low-level concerns procedures, including thresholds, recording expectations, professional curiosity, and the role of leadership oversight.
