Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE) states all staff working with children should receive appropriate safeguarding and child protection training from induction and be regularly updated.
This course will help frontline workers to understand their responsibilities and offers a fully comprehensive approach to ever-changing safeguarding and child protection challenges. Incorporates guidance from part 1, part 5 and Annex B of KCSiE, Working Together to Safeguard Children and the latest targeted best practice guidance.
The course ensures all learning styles are engaged through embedded videos and scenario-based workshops that promote learner interaction, collaboration and application to their role.
Our 2-hour session has been designed to ensure staff and volunteers are empowered in their role to confidently support the children in their care and contribute effectively to creating a safe and effective safeguarding culture.
